Beginner's Makeup Kit Essentials

    Avon Tiny Tillia Baby Photo Search Contest ("Contest") starts on September 15, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 17, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Contest Period").

    ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, including authorized Avon Representatives. Employees of Avon Products, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Note: You must be the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian of the baby (or babies) in the photo to submit it in connection with this Contest. Photo should only include the baby (or babies) and cannot have been taken by a professional photographer. Photo can not have been taken more than three (3) months prior to date of submission. The baby (or babies) pictured in the photo can be no older than two (2) years of age as of September 15, 2011. Photos must be in a 3:2 aspect ratio, submitted in .jpg, .gif or .png file type, must not exceed 5MB in size and may not be edited, manipulated or photo-shopped in any way other than for cropping. All Entries must be received no later than October 17, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be considered. Any photo deemed to be unlawful, indecent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, indecent, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or not in compliance with these Official Rules (including with the requirements set forth below) will be removed and the accompanying Entry voided. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address.     Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

    By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Entry to be posted on www.tinytillia.com and other Sponsor websites. Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify, take down and/or not post an Entry if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

    JUDGING: All eligible Entries received by Sponsor will be judged by a panel of qualified judges, designated by Sponsor, on or about October 28, 2011, based equally on the following criteria: overall appeal of baby (or babies) in photo and quality of photo. In the event of a tie, the Entries involved will be re-judged by an additional "tie-breaking" judge who will serve as a tiebreaker and who will evaluate such tied Entries according to the judging criteria set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Judges' and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

    WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on or about November 7, 2011 by telephone and/or email and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within ten (10) days of date appearing on prize notification. If an Avon Representative is determined to be a potential winner, her/his account must be in good standing (as solely determined by Sponsor) as of date of prize award or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to a runner-up. Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up. If any potential winner is contacted by phone, Sponsor will make one (1) attempt to leave one (1) message. If any e-mail to a potential winner is undeliverable, any phone number provided by a potential winner is incorrect or no longer in service, a response to any given e-mail or phone call is not received within three (3) business days of its issuance, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to the next runner-up. If any potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

    PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): Baby (or babies) in winning photo will have the opportunity to appear in a Tiny Tillia Storybook and winner will receive a $5,000.00 U.S. Savings Bond. A professional photo shoot will be arranged in winner's hometown in order to obtain photographs of the baby (or babies) for the Storybook . All details of photo shoot will be determined and arranged by Sponsor, including photographer, location, time and duration. In addition to the photographs taken by the photographer during the photo shoot, the photo shoot itself may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by Sponsor (collectively, "Materials"). The Materials will be owned by Sponsor and Sponsor and its designees will have the right to post, modify, edit, distribute, create derivatives works of and otherwise use the Materials and all elements embodied therein, including, without limitation, any names and likenesses, in any and all media now or hereafter devised (including, but not limited to, in Sponsor's brochures and on Sponsor's websites), worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner or any third party. Winner must be present with his/her child(ren) at all times during the photo shoot. Actual photograph(s) used in the Storybook, if any, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will receive select photos from the photo shoot (valued at up to $500.00). Winner may only use photos for personal use. If winner or winner's child(ren) is unavailable for photo shoot on date specified by Sponsor, the entire prize package will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to the next runner-up. Child(ren)'s appearance in a Tiny Tillia Storybook is not guaranteed. If, for whatever reason, the appearance of winner's child(ren) does not take place in a Tiny Tillia Storybook, no compensation or substitution will be provided, however remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $3,000.00.

    First Prizes (10): Winners will receive an assortment of Tiny Tillia products selected by Sponsor. ARV: $300.00.

    Second Prizes (25): Winners will receive an assortment of Tiny Tillia products selected by Sponsor. ARV: $75.00.

    Avon Representative Prizes:
    Grand Prize (1): The authorized Avon Representative ("Representative") (if any) identified by Grand Prize Winner on her/his entry form will also receive a $5,000.00 U.S. Savings Bond. ARV: $2,500.00.

    First (10) and Second (25) Prizes: The Representative (if any) identified by First and Second Prize Winners on her/his entry form will also receive First and Second Prizes as described above.
    Maximum ARV of all prizes combined is $15,250.00.

    Avon Representative Prizes will only be awarded under the following conditions: (a) the Avon Representative information provided by the winner at time of entry is complete and accurate, such that Sponsor can make a clear determination as to the actual identity of the Avon Representative; (b) the Avon Representative's account is in good standing (as solely determined by Sponsor) as of the date of prize award; and (c) the Avon Representative is not the same person as the winner, is not an immediate family member of the winner and does not reside in the same household as the winner.

    Note: If a Representative is determined to be a winner or a winner does not identify a Representative on her/his entry form, then no Representative prize will be awarded.

    Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner(s) may not transfer or exchange prize or redeem a non-cash prize for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.     Hello Ladies and Welcome to yet another amazing Make-up Contest that Majestic Kreationz is hosting entitled "Get your Minaj On"...


    This contest is to help promote the awareness of Breast Cancer Foundation and to help receive donations to donate to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization in Greater Cincinnati. My goal as a new business is to donate 50% of all my Avon sales between September 26th - October 10th to this organization.
